The minutes of the Trustees of 5th July, approved at their meeting of 5th August 2021. The largest items you will see were about Planning applications; one about Darlington Borough’s major scheme for a Rail Heritage Quarter around North Road Station; another about the new extensions proposed at Bank Top; and more regrettably, the Planning Committee’s preferment of a Sainsbury’s Local Store as the future use of the “Platform One” pub at Middleton St. George.
